Your tasks will include: • Preparation and serving of both hot and cold meals • Preparation and decoration of dishes for cold and hot dinner/lunch buffets and the breakfast bufet • Compilation of table d’hote menus and daily special menus • Receipt of incoming goods and the carrying out of regular stock control inventories • Adherence and supervision of adherence to HACCP guidelines • Tutelage of trainees and work experience students • Advising and supporting guests
You must: • Have a qualification as a chef • Be well presented and smart, polite and confident • Demand a high standard, be creative and full of ideas • Goal oriented and able to work independently • Motivated, flexible, able to work under stress and good at ornagising
